Linnea Ionno, MPA

Adult Advocate 

Linnea Ionno received her Bachelor of Arts in History with minors in Art History and Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from the University of Connecticut in 2013. She went on to complete her Masters of Public Administration with a certification in Nonprofit Management at the University of Georgia in 2015. Since then, Linnea has worked as an Outreach Advocate and Community Involvement & Volunteer Coordinator at Project Safe, a local nonprofit working to end domestic violence. Linnea first started working with the Cottage as a hotline volunteer and then as an On-call Advocate for Adult Services starting in October 2015. Through these experiences, Linnea has had the opportunity to work with a variety of individuals impacted by trauma and crisis.  She is looking forward to furthering this experience working with adult survivors and providing support for them at every level.
