Devon Sanger, MSW
Adult Advocate
Devon G. Sanger earned a B.A. in Sociology with a focus on Gender Studies from Ithaca College in 2008, and received a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Georgia in 2011. Over the course of her academic and professional career, Devon has worked to advocate for disenfranchised individuals, primarily women. While in graduate school, Devon served victims of sexual assault as a clinical intern at The Cottage.
Devon’s advice to survivors: “Surround yourself with supportive individuals. It is important to have at least one other person with whom you can share your pain and your healing.”
